A public beach, very popular in the summer, Lake Tashmoo has warmer and relatively shallow waters. It is a popular place for snorklers. There is a lifeguard on duty in the Summer.
Parking is limited.
Directly adjacent to the Town Beach is the Martha’s Vineyard Land Bank’s Tashmoo Preserve property.
