Lagoon Harbor Park is a linear park located along Beach Road at the northern end of Lagoon Pond. A shared Use Path (SUP) runs parallel to Beach Road and extends the length of the park. Currently there are benches along the SUP, an opening that provides access to the family shell fishing area and picnic table with views to Lagoon Pond. There is a public boat landing and launch in the park and a park along the water at the drawbridge. (See also, Drawbridge Park.) There are picnic tables and a pedestrian walk under the bridge that provides views to both the harbor and lagoon pond.

The public boat landing and launch provides trailer and cartop boat launching on Lagoon Pond. Located near the drawbridge, the launch provides easy access to Vineyard Haven Harbor. There is parking for both cars and cars with trailers at this site, however, this is the only parking in the park, and it is intended for use by those using the launch. Given the limited parking and the proximity to Vineyard Haven, this park is most easily reached reach by walking, biking or riding #13 bus.
